Custom epoxy sticker sheets bring multiple individually peelable stickers together on a single sheet, giving your artwork a glossy, dimensional finish that stands out from flat decals. Order bare sheets for easy everyday use, or add custom packaging for retail display and distribution.

  • 3D Dimensional Finish: A clear, 1–1.1 mm epoxy resin dome creates a smooth, raised look and feel (approximately 1.2 mm overall thickness including the release liner).
  • Water- & Oil-Resistant: The sealed epoxy dome helps protect printed artwork against everyday water splashes, moisture, and oil smudges.
  • Individual Peel & Removable Adhesive: Each sticker is pre-cut to peel off the sheet cleanly and uses a standard removable adhesive (3M or high-tack adhesives available on request).

White base vs. clear base
Choose a white base to keep printed colors solid and opaque with a natural white border around the cut edge, or choose a clear base so unprinted areas and sticker edges stay transparent against the application surface.

Add a metallic holographic sheen or sparkling glitter texture to your stickers. Share the look you want so we can confirm a suitable combination of base material and special finishes.

Build a Sheet Around Your Artwork

Combine multiple different designs on one sheet, or repeat the same design across the layout. Simply provide your target sheet dimensions—individual sticker sizes are not required. Whether you send a complete layout or separate design files, we arrange the spacing so each sticker peels off cleanly.

Default rounded corners
Because liquid epoxy resin domes smoothly along curved edges, all epoxy stickers are made with rounded corners by default. Sharp points or right-angle corners cannot hold the resin dome properly and will be adjusted to smooth rounded corners during our proof review.

Give Your Sticker Sheets a Branded Finish

Make your sticker sheets feel like part of your brand. Pair them with custom printed backing cards, headers, or fold-over packaging for a coordinated look that’s ready to display, gift, or sell. Prefer a simpler option? Choose clear bags or unpackaged sheets.

  • No individual packaging: Bare sheets packed safely together for shipping.
  • Single-sheet bags: Each sheet packed in its own clear bag, without a display card.
  • Bags with display cards: Choose a backing card, an extended backing card, or a backing card with a separate header. These are additional packaging cards, separate from the sticker liner.
  • Special packaging: Fold-over card packaging and other formats can be reviewed using your reference. Contact us if you need multiple sheets packed together.

Minimum order: 10 identical unpackaged sheets per sheet design, or 30 identical packaged sets per sheet and packaging design.

Helpful details for preparing your design and discussing your order.

Yes. You can combine multiple designs or repeat one design across a sheet. The arrangement depends on the sheet dimensions, sticker sizes, and spacing required for production.

Yes. Sheets without individual packaging start at 10 sheets per sheet design. You do not need to add bags, backing cards, or header cards.

The minimum is 30 packaged sets. Each set can contain one or more sheets, with the contents and packaging structure confirmed before production.

No. The release liner holds the stickers until they are peeled off. A backing card is a separate packaging component used for presentation or support.

The standard overall thickness is approximately 1.2 mm. Contact us if you need a thicker construction so we can review the design and production requirements.

Removable adhesive is standard. For 3M, tire adhesive, or another adhesive requirement, contact us with details of the intended surface and use.

No. Removal depends on the surface, application conditions, and how long the sticker has been attached. We do not guarantee residue-free removal on every material.

Individual kiss-cut stickers are a separate finished format, with each sticker supplied on its own liner. Let us know if you need individual units rather than a multi-design sheet.
