Custom Clear Puffy Stickers

Neither. Clear puffy stickers are crafted from a solid clear material (clear PVC, 0.8 mm by default with thicker options available). Instead of an opaque foam core or a poured epoxy dome, the sticker gets its substantial feel from the solid clear sheet itself, featuring an even surface thickness and softly pressed edges. You can also choose either a glossy or matte surface finish.

Clear Puffy Stickers are made from solid clear material with an even thickness, support both glossy and matte finishes, and work well when you want a see-through sticker with transparent borders or internal cutouts. Epoxy Domed Stickers are made by pouring liquid resin over a printed base to create a curved, high-gloss water-drop dome. Epoxy stickers are the better choice if you want specialty base materials and effects such as holographic rainbow, glitter, metallic gold/silver, brushed films, or hot-stamping foil.

No. By default, we print a white ink layer directly underneath your color artwork so the colors remain solid, bright, and opaque—even when stuck onto dark phone cases, laptops, or notebooks. Only the outer border and any areas you specifically leave unprinted will remain transparent.

Not at all. If you already have vector cutlines and a white-ink spot layer, feel free to include them. Otherwise, just send your standard artwork (or even a reference sketch) and tell us which parts should be solid and which parts should stay transparent. Our graphic team will set up the production proof for free.

We use a 0.8 mm clear material by default (approximately 0.9 mm total thickness including the adhesive and release liner), which suits most stationery, merch, and branding projects. Thicker material options are also available—just mention your preferred thickness when requesting a quote so we can recommend the best option for your project.

The solid clear material has a slight give, making it suitable for smooth, flat surfaces or gently curved items (such as notebooks, phone cases, laptops, and large tumblers). However, it can only bend to a limited degree and should not be folded, creased repeatedly, or wrapped around tight, narrow cylinders.

Our standard format is multi-design kiss-cut sticker sheets. If your project requires individual kiss-cut singles (each sticker supplied on its own backing piece, minimum design size > 2 cm), let us know in your inquiry so we can review your design and quote accordingly.

Our minimum order quantity is 50 sticker sheets. After you approve the digital proof, samples and small-batch orders typically take around 5 business days to produce, while larger orders or custom packaging schedules are confirmed with your quote.
