A Clear, Raised Dome

A transparent resin dome covers the printed label, adding a curved profile and glossy finish. The printed layer carries your artwork, while the adhesive underneath attaches the sticker to the intended surface.

About Your Custom Puffy Stickers

Helpful details for preparing your design and discussing your order.

Yes, many customers call them epoxy bubble stickers or 3D resin labels because of the raised, rounded dome. However, unlike hollow plastic blister stickers (which have an air pocket inside a molded shell), epoxy domed stickers feature a solid, poured epoxy resin coating over a flat printed base.

- Thickness: Standard total thickness is 1.5 mm (including the base material). Contact us if your project requires a custom thickness review. - Shapes & Corners: Because liquid epoxy naturally forms a rounded edge as it cures, designs require smooth, rounded corners rather than sharp internal angles or extremely thin cutouts. - Individual Backing: Standard delivery is multiple labels kiss-cut on larger sheets. Request kiss-cut singles if you need individually trimmed backing pieces (subject to review and extra cost).

Yes. A reference image or brief project description can help us understand your vision. We’ll guide you on file requirements before finalizing your proof for production.

No. The dome is clear, but the background underneath depends on your selected base film and artwork. Opaque colors or white ink can cover chosen areas, while unprinted sections on a Clear PET base remain transparent. Tell us which parts you want see-through.

Epoxy domed stickers perform best on flat, smooth indoor surfaces. Avoid tight curves or flexible substrates (the dome wants to stay flat and may lift at the edges), as well as high heat, high humidity, or prolonged outdoor exposure. They are also intended strictly for branding and equipment labeling—not for direct food contact or children's items. If you are applying labels to glass, matte coatings, or slightly contoured panels, let us know so we can check compatibility.
